Mood:road weary

i've had dizzy spells most of the day
i've been close to throwing up twice now
but i won't
it takes a lot for my body to puke
i've tried inducing but it's never worked
i wouldn't have a weight problem if i could do it that's for sure
these dizzy spells
i think i mentioned them before
but i'm sure it's diabetes
no proof just a hunch
but i can't trigger what causes them
they come sporadically
i'll go a week in perfect health and then it hits my while i'm watching sitcoms
and there's nothing connecting the occasions where i'm sick
i can get sick when i've not eaten anything all day
and i get sick when i've been eating constantly
i get sick with no sugar
or with gobs of it
i get sick when i've walked ten miles and when i've read all day
so i'm really worried
if i could just pinpoint the cause
i could eliminate the effect
amba is fed up with me
she's calling a doctor first thing in the morning and making an appointment
all i can see them doing is run a dozen tests to either find the cause indeterminate or diabetes
if it's diabetes i get insulin and gain twenty pounds
just what i need
frankly i'd rather be thin than healthy
i know this is a bad attitude for a father and husband to take but it's the only one i can muster
i'm fed up with my body
i hate seeing doctors
i get so embarrassed talking about myself
dear god help me
and i don't even have the right to ask for that
oh well
so be it
i feel like i'm in a car that's hydroplaning
i still have motion but i have no control and i'll either crash or my wheels will catch at the last moment
i don't care either way anymore
'anymore'...i never did care
i feel selfish
i'm supposed to be tough right?
suck it up
bring home the tofu
amba said that when we move to rhode island she wants to be able to afford to live in a mansion
i fear she'll leave me when i don't live up to her expectations
'my' expectations
i know she's not that material and it's my own paranoia
i realize this
it makes no difference
i get knots in my stomach when i think about the future
sebastian's education
our next child's
she's got me on condoms now
never used one
it's not as bad as they say
a passion killer maybe
but at least there will be passion in the marriage to be killed
she's off the pill so she's getting her sex drive back (hopefully)
too soon to tell
when we get to america she'll be fitted for a diaphram
do you need to know this?
i need to talk about it
is that what matters?
i'm not adult enough for things like that
i don't care about contraceptives
i'd rather play nintendo
i'm not even honestly interested in sex
this drive i have
this goddamn urge is just a nuisance
i don't enjoy it
i didn't ask for it
and i don't need it
really i just want to get it out of the way and off my mind
i enjoy sex
i just wish it wasn't such a fiasco
there are better things to do
i wish the urge for sex that i have could be put into writing for god's sake
i'd much rather write a few pages than fuck
when will it end?
this life.

Mood: drained

my kid is totally bulimic(sp?)!
he keeps shoving his fingers down his throat and trying to make himself puke
i'd hoped he'd enter the world of disorders with depression like his old man but bulimia is as fresh a start as any
kudos my boy!

Subject:take my fucking heart and stomp it

i dreamed i was smoking last night
when i woke up this morning i had this horrible ungodly heart burn
are the two related?
my chest hurts behind my left lung and out to my spine
i feel like i am being stabbed by a hotpoker
please kill me

oh yeah

Subject:fuck jogging

fuck jogging
my legs are killing me
i can't walk without looking like i was anally raped
and last night while i was running i almost puked and started getting this really BAD heartburn
it's still killing me
(my body is shit by the way, i have a searing ulcer and a fucked up jaw that locks everytime i chew and really bad allergies and insomnia off and on and horrible painful heartburn and i think i might have diabetes or something cause i keep getting thirty minute long dizzy spells everytime i lower my head past my heart for even a split second and recently during one of these spells i threw up like four times and i was in public and it was sooooooooo embarrasing and when i finally got home i thre up again and then dry heaved for the rest of the night and also i can't fit into my favorite shirts anymore so i HAVE to lose weight cause i'm ugly and vomitous but if i just fast for a week which i'd prefer to do then i know i'm gonna get those dizzy spells like every fuicking day and if i exercise instead then i get really horrible painful heartburn so i'm stuck i just don't know what to do but i'm icky)
in other news however
i've been on a shopping spree recently
i got a new discman and some really kick ass eighties style headphones for it and a lydia lunch 7 inch and a minor forest seven inch and tomorrow we're getting a new tv so we'll finally be able to use the dvd function on my playstation (YAY!)

Mood: good

i started jogging for the first time last night
i'm getting lumpy
i'd always figured that hardcore or fast paced rock in general would be the best type of music to exercise to
cause it pumps you up you know?
but last night i ran to this dub reggae compilation
it was so perfect
the beat perfectly matched my foot speed
anyone have any suggestions for what they exercise to?
